It can be difficult to remain motivated and accountable for your fitness goals. Life gets busy, and there’s added pressure from work, family and the like that can derail your progress. So we’ve started the WarriorU Fitness Challenge – a supportive community that encourages you to achieve your goals. You’re in control – whether it’s training late at night or early in the morning, your schedule is yours. If you have any injuries or other restrictions, adapt the challenge to suit you.
